Maroon Group - CARE

When you see the term chromic acid used, you’ll find that it is mostly used when referring to a mixture that is made by using a concentrated sulfuric acid and adding it to a dichromate with some compounds in it. This type of acid is mostly going to be used as a cleaning mixtures for glass. The appearance is as dark red crystals and it is a very strong and corrosive oxidising agent. In addition to all of that, you might find this type of acid used in hair dye in the ‘40s and it can also work as a bleach in the black and white photograph reversal process.
